Thus, as a result of the analysis, we have come to the conclusion that in the more than half of pedagogical educational institutions of Ukraine there is training of future teachers of secondary schools and this area is popular with future entrants. From this, the qualitative preparation of the future primary school teachers becomes paramount. The study of the documents and their analysis showed the lack of unification of the requirements and their reflection in the state documents regarding attainment of the entrance and final levels of English by future primary school teachers. We believe that in accordance with the preparation of students in the educational and professional program of knowledge 01 Education / Pedagogy, specialty 013 Elementary education educational program 013.00.01. Educational level – first (bachelor’s), entrance level should be equal to B1, and graduation level – B2; admission to the master’s degree – B2, and graduation – B2 +.
