Матеріал є розвиненою в topical problem reforming military education of Armed Forces of Ukraine at the principles of military specialists’ training in NATO member countries. Головні tendences improvement of quality education within military highher educational institution determined. Study показав, що поточна система військової освіти потребує поліпшення в контексті гарантії її якості. Це означає, що загальна військова освіта повинна бути сприйнята як результат військового навчання, і майно військової високої освіти, як guarantor of quality.

Improving quality of professional training of future tactical-level officers of Armed Forces is significant scientific and pedagogical problem, which involves solving number of issues, in particular, improving regulatory and legal framework of military education, intensification of educational активність військової високої освіти інститутів і optimization інших ones, etc. Висока спроможність і прагнення до ефективного виконання дій з метою захисту материнської влади і до участі в міжнародній громадській cooperation є основою officers’ professional activity. Так, враховуючи peculiarity of modern training of tactical-level officers, як добре, як стандарти військової освіти в управлінні NATO member countries, продовжуючи основні напрямки для того, щоб поліпшити якість future officers : Comprehensive consideration and implementation of models for guaranteeing the quality of military education according to NATO standards; сприятлива motivation of cadets towards professional development; updating the material and technical base of military higher educational institutions; improvement of psychological support; і створення освітньої quality department в організаційної та структури структури військової високої освіти. Due to the implementation of these proposals, соціальний статус школярів на високому майновому освітньому інституті буде збільшення, який буде сприяти формуванню високоякісних, надійних офіцерів збройних сил України в Україні, які беруть участь в житті. У цілому, це буде вплив на популярність військової освіти і загального зображення військової служби.
