Summary:

The article is addresses to studying a “system” as many objects that interact with each other and acquire certain properties. It is established that the process of system developing is accompanied by transformation or static elements, and a person determines the basic principles of its functioning and specify the vectors of evolutionary development. According to this, socio-economic system is investigated through the prism of economic and social sphere. It is identified that among theoretical and methodological approaches of the essence definition of socio-economic system the most widespread are formational and civilizational approaches, as well as those that provide the idea of one-line progressive development of humanity, which is based on the concept of cultural and historical types of development of a society. As a systematic methodology of the research the following are defined: Cybernetics (as a science of complex systems managing) and Synergetics (as a science about the systems consisting of a large number of parts, components or subsystems that interact with each other, as well as the ways of transforming an unstable system into a stable one and the hierarchy of determinant factors that determine the transition phases). It was established that Synergetics studied such two aspects of complex systems as: self-organization and formation of structural stability in open nonlinear systems as well as evolutionary processes and phase transformations in them. The characteristics of the principles of social and economic systems from the Synergetics` point of view, such as: self-organization, self-reproduction, cooperation, asymmetry, spontaneity, succession, etc., were determined. It is proved that one of the directions of interdisciplinary researches of socio-economic system from the point of socio-synergetic approach, Economics and Psychology is studying the nature of human needs and the ways of their satisfaction.

Key words: system, socio-economic system, Cybernetics, Synergetics, Socio-Synergetics, Economics, Psychology.
